Sunayana Bhat and Maggie Diamond from the Office of Development present. In their organization, Donor Relations staff are responsible for providing formal and informal reports to around 82,000 donors about the use of donor funds spread across nearly 10,000 endowed and expendable funds. They built an app that allows for transparent, collaborative management of this work and connects to the core CRM used by all Office of Development staff.

May 2022 COP meeting:
Similar in format to the IT Connect donut program, we connected 1:1 in lightning 10 min rounds. We had the opportunity to connect on an individual level and learn how different orgs on campus use Salesforce. The format was to encourage learning about each other’s roles, sharing of ideas and use cases that overlap subjects, promoting brainstorming and problem solving together, and strengthening engagement.
